Booking & Eligibility

• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

• Bookings are valid only for the vehicle details provided at the time of reservation.

• Any changes to booking details (vehicle, dates, or times) must be communicated in advance and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Vehicle Acceptance

• Oversized vehicles, commercial vans, or modified vehicles may be refused entry or charged extra.

• Vehicles must be roadworthy, taxed, insured, and in a safe condition.

Arrival & Parking Procedure

Storage & Security

Vehicle Collection

• Vehicles must be collected within the agreed return time.

• Delayed collection may result in additional parking charges.

Cancellations & Refunds
