1. Important Information

We are private entity – not affiliated with Heathrow Airport

We are not affiliated with heathrow airport nor with heathrow airport official parking.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

By booking with ParkDock, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring timely arrival at the airport
  • You must call us at the required times as specified in Section 1
  • You must allow adequate buffer time for potential service delays
  • You accept all risks associated with using our parking service
  • You will make NO claim for compensation, refunds, or reimbursement for alternative parking arrangements
  • You understand that our service operates on a ‘use at your own risk’ basis

NO REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION:

Under NO circumstances will ParkDock provide:
  • Refunds for unused services due to customer lateness or missed flights
  • Compensation for parking elsewhere (including official Heathrow parking)
  • Reimbursement for drop-off charges, taxi fares, or any other costs
  • Payment for consequential losses or damages of any kind
  • Credit notes or future discounts for service dissatisfaction

Vehicle Security and Valuables Policy

We strongly advise and require that you DO NOT leave any valuable items in your vehicle during the parking period. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Electronics: Laptops, tablets, phones, GPS devices, cameras, gaming consoles
  • Personal Items: Jewelry, watches, wallets, purses, cash, credit cards
  • Important Documents: Passports, driving licenses, insurance papers, personal ID
  • Clothing & Accessories: Expensive clothing, shoes, bags, sunglasses
  • Tools & Equipment: Work tools, sports equipment, musical instruments
  • Any other items of monetary or sentimental value

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:

ParkDock, our service providers, and affiliated parking facilities:
  • Accept NO responsibility or liability for any theft, loss, or damage to items left in vehicles
  • Will NOT compensate for any missing or stolen items regardless of value
  • Cannot guarantee security of vehicles or their contents despite security measures
  • Advise that vehicles may be moved within or between parking areas as operationally required

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

By using our parking services, you acknowledge and accept that:
  • You have been clearly warned about not leaving valuables in your vehicle
  • You assume full risk for any items left in your vehicle
  • You will not hold ParkDock or service providers liable for any losses
  • Insurance claims related to theft from vehicles are your responsibility to pursue independently
REMEMBER: Remove ALL valuables before handing over your vehicle. Check your car thoroughly before departure.

Drop-off Charges

  • From 1st November 2021, Heathrow Airport introduced a levy for vehicles dropping off passengers at terminal forecourts
  • £6 per visit charge applies for designated drop-off zones outside airport terminals
  • Please note that this charge is NOT included in the booking cost
  • This will be collected at Park Dock counter at time of departure and collection

ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone)

  • ULEZ expanding across all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023
  • If your vehicle doesn’t meet emissions standards, you’ll have to pay £12.50
  • We recommend you set up AUTO PAY when coming to the airport to avoid penalty tickets
  • Please note that ParkDock is not liable for ULEZ penalty charges

General Terms

  • Please allow sufficient time for drop-off and airport departure procedures
  • Please consider traffic delays, breakdowns, or service delays during busy periods
  • We recommend that you don’t keep valuables in your car
  • Please check vehicle carefully at pickup and report issues to driver before leaving
  • Please note that claims cannot be considered once vehicle leaves the terminal or car park

2. Booking Conditions

  • 2.1 parkdock commits to ensure that your booking confirmation is sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.
  • 2.2 In case you haven’t received your booking confirmation, you are required to contact us immediately. Please note that no refunds will be provided for no-shows.
  • 2.3 Please read the ‘More Info’ section of your booked product for any additional surcharges, operational hours, limitations, and any additional information about the service provider.
  • 2.4 Any additional charges applied by the service provider are independent and bear no relevance to parkdock or our advertised prices.
  • 2.5 parkdock solely acts as a booking agent for the featured car parks. We do not ourselves provide the parking service(s) at any UK airport or location.
  • 2.6 When you book with parkdock, you will be contracting with the individual car park and will be subject to their Terms and Conditions, which may contain exemption clauses and limit each company’s liability.
  • 2.7 Any claims regarding parking services such as delay in pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle, damage to the vehicle, etc., must be addressed directly with the service provider.
  • 2.8 All parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park, and the customer expressly accepts that all claims regarding damage, missing items, or loss caused by the service provider must be pursued directly with the service provider.
  • 2.9 parkdock cannot be held liable in circumstances where we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our control.

3. Customer’s Responsibilities

  • 3.1 Please ensure you have your booking confirmation voucher and/or booking reference with you when you travel.
  • 3.2 It is your responsibility to obtain the chauffeur’s telephone number and details of arrival procedure before departing for the airport.
  • 3.3 Please remove all possessions and leave only the keys required to move your vehicle.
  • 3.4 Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the site (Park & Ride) or terminal (Meet & Greet).
  • 3.5 You must ensure that, before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company, it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed, and holds a current MOT if applicable.
  • 3.6 If you are charged by the car park because you do not follow the correct parking procedure or do not arrive on your booked date and time, parkdock may not be able to obtain refunds on your behalf.
  • 3.7 Vehicle Security and Valuables: You must remove ALL valuable items from your vehicle before parking. This includes electronics, jewelry, documents, cash, tools, and any items of monetary or sentimental value. ParkDock and service providers accept NO responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to items left in vehicles. You assume full risk for any belongings left in your car and cannot hold us liable for any losses. Insurance claims for theft are your responsibility to pursue independently. Additionally, ParkDock will not provide any compensation, refunds, or reimbursement if you choose to park elsewhere for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to service delays, communication issues, or dissatisfaction with our service.

4. Prices

  • 4.1 All prices are for pre-booking only.
  • 4.2 All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
  • 4.3 Please check the product ‘MORE INFO’ for any additional surcharges.
  • 4.4 Please note some car parks cannot accommodate high-sided or unusually wide vehicles, or there may be an extra charge.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • 5.1 All cancellations must be made directly through parkdock in order to be valid (not with the car park).
  • 5.2 Cancellations must be made via the Manage Booking option online.
  • 5.3 Cancellation requests made via Chat, Email, or Over the Phone will not be actioned.
  • 5.4 No refunds are available for unused part stays.
  • 5.5 Booking Fee, SMS Charge, Booking Cover Charge, and Bundle Charges are non-refundable.
  • 5.6 Bookings made within 24 hours from the date of departure cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.
  • 5.A.1 Standard rate bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5.B Flexible Bookings:
  • More than 72 hours: Booking Fee, SMS charges, £20.00 administrative fee, and £5.00 deducted
  • 72-48 hours: Booking Fee, SMS charges, £20.00 administrative fee, and £10.00 deducted
  • 48-24 hours: Booking Fee, SMS charges, £20.00 administrative fee, and £20.00 deducted
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
5.C Protected Bookings:
  • 24+ hours notice: Booking Fee, SMS charges, and £4.99 deducted
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

6. Amendment Policy

  • 6.1 Amendments must be made via the Manage Booking option online at https://parkdock.uk/manage-booking
  • 6.2 More than 24 hours notice from the drop-off date – amendments of travel details are free of charge.
  • 6.A Change of Booking Dates: Extra days payment will be added, no administrative charges apply (with 24+ hours notice).
  • 6.B Protected Bookings: No charges apply for cancellation protected bookings.
  • 6.C Protected Booking Changes: £4.99 for date changes, £1.99 for vehicle details.
  • 6.D Airport & Service Provider Changes: £15.00 admin charges apply.

7. Refunds

  • 7.1 Refunds will only be made to the same payment method used to pay for the booking.

8. Arrival or Return or Pick-up Time

  • 8.1 We strongly request all customers to ensure they arrive at the car park/terminal with plenty of time to achieve their flight check-in.

9. Parking Conditions

  • 9.1 Your vehicle must be in roadworthy condition, e.g., valid Tax and MOT.
  • 9.2 parkdock is not responsible in any way once the vehicle has been handed over to or returned by the service provider.
  • 9.3 The service providers accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house, or other keys left on the key ring.
  • 9.4 Please be advised that parking facilities may be open-air and exposed to the elements. The service provider is not liable for any damages caused by weather conditions (such as sunlight, rain, or hail) or natural occurrences (such as bird droppings, tree sap, or dust). Furthermore, the company is not liable for changes to the vehicle’s paintwork or bodywork that may result from environmental exposure.

10. Complaints Procedure

  • 10.1 Complaints (e.g., service-related, damages) must be made directly to the service provider.
  • 10.2 You should expect to receive a reply within 10 working days upon receipt of your complaint.
  • 10.3 All complaints regarding the provision of service must be lodged via Customer Support within 24 hours of return to the UK.
  • 10.4 If you encounter a problem at your chosen car park, please inform the service provider immediately.
  • 10.5 If you do not advise the provider at the time, it may be difficult to pursue a complaint at a later stage.
  • 10.6 The service provider reserves the right to move the vehicle within or outside the car parks.
  • 10.7 The service provider will, to the greatest possible extent, assist in any registered complaint; however, assistance cannot be guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • 11.1 These Terms and Conditions apply only to bookings made directly through this website.
  • 11.2 As a booking agent for the service provider, parkdock is liable to the customer only for losses directly arising from any negligence of the company in processing a booking.
  • 11.3 The total liability for parkdock to the customer for all claims arising from the use of this website and materials is limited to the cost of the client’s original booking amount paid to parkdock.uk. Under no circumstances will parkdock be liable for any consequential damages, alternative parking costs, missed flight expenses, or any other indirect costs whatsoever.

12. Service Reviews Policy

  • 12.1 All reviews regarding the service should be posted on the service provider’s review platform.
  • 12.2 No reviews about the service can be left on any of our review platforms (e.g., Trustpilot, Google, etc.) as we are not the service providers.
  • 12.3 Any service reviews left on our review platforms will be challenged, and if not removed immediately upon request, we reserve the right to take legal action.

13. Distance Selling

Regulation 6(b) of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 states that contracts for the provision of transport and leisure services are exempt from the traditional ‘cooling off’ period.

14. Modification

parkdock may at any time modify these Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of this website will be conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your use.

15. User Obligations

  • 15.1 Account Registration – To use our services, you must: Be at least 18 years old, Register with accurate information, Maintain and update your account information, Keep your login credentials confidential, Notify us of any unauthorized account use.
  • 15.2 Vehicle Information – You must: Provide accurate vehicle registration details, Update vehicle information if changes occur, Only park the registered vehicle in the booked space.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data as per our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR requirements, and our Cookie Policy governs website tracking. You have rights regarding your personal data.

17. Intellectual Property

Website content is our intellectual property. You may not copy or reproduce content. Trademarks and logos are protected. User content remains your property.
